About eSIM World
eSIM World (esimworld.us) sells travel eSIMs to US residents traveling abroad: 198 destinations and 8 regional plans. Prices are in US dollars, and you pay by card exactly that amount. We sell only on esimworld.us: there is no eSIM World app and we don’t sell through marketplaces, so a service with a similar name is a different company. We sell prepaid travel eSIMs; we are not a mobile carrier and are not affiliated with any US carrier.

JET SHARING MOBILITY INC., a Delaware corporation (Delaware Division of Corporations file no. 3699579), 11562 West Ride Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32223, United States. Email: support@esimworld.us. It sells the eSIMs on this site under the trade name eSIM World; on your card statement the charge appears as “JET SHARING”.
Where the prices come from
Prices are set in US dollars from our supplier’s catalog, checked on October 29, 2026; every price ends in .99, and you pay exactly the price shown, with no currency conversion.
How you pay
On the Stripe payment page, by card, or Apple Pay or Google Pay if Stripe shows them on your device: you are charged exactly the price shown, in US dollars. The seller is a company registered in the United States, so this is a payment to a US business. The eSIM QR code comes to the email you gave with the order.
Refunds
Full refund within 30 days of purchase as long as the eSIM hasn’t connected to a network. The details are in the refunds and cancellation policy.
Complaints
If something went wrong with an order, write to support@esimworld.us or on WhatsApp with the order number. A real person from the team replies.
